Ravissant ships goods worldwide.

Order tracking

You can track your order by visiting the Ravissant website and clicking the Order Status option on the home page. Enter the tracking ID or Order number provided to you to view the status of your package. You can also check for tracking ID in the confirmation email sent to your e-mail ID. The expected delivery time will be displayed on this page, to enable you to keep track of where your order has reached, and the estimated time it will take to reach your doorstep.

Tracking numbers for orders shipped may take between one to three business days to become active on the courier websites.

Address change requests

Yes you can change the delivery address, but only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is dispatched, you cannot change your shipping address. The timeline we provide for changing the shipping address after placing the order is within 2 days. For change of address, kindly intimate us via e-mail, at ecommerce.care@ravissant.com. Kindly include the revised shipping address and the order ID.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Courier companies charge penalties for incorrect shipping addresses, that is where the address and pin/zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address during the checkout process.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are based on the major cost factors, item price and weight. International shipping and handling rates are based on the size of your order. It works this way: the more items in your shopping bag, the less you pay for shipping.

Foreign custom duties and taxes

Please note that the displayed product prices on Ravissant do not include duties and taxes. Duties (or custom tariffs) are set by the destination country’s customs authorities, and are determined on the basis of a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing location of the goods being purchased, and the classification of the merchandise into various categories. The recipient of the merchandise will bear these charges upon receiving the order. You can contact your local customs office for specific details on these charges and duties.

Ravissant has no control over such custom duties/taxes, and cannot be held liable for any changes in the aforementioned at any point of time.

Order lost in transit

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will wait for 15 days and then reprocess/reship the order. In such a scenario, if you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by sending an email to ecommerce.care@ravissant.com, and we will credit your money back into your account.

Bulk orders

If you would like to request for a bulk order of a particular style/s or product, you can contact us via email at ecommerce.care@ravissant.com with the order details, following which we will get back to you.
