We at Ravissant believe in honesty as our foremost policy towards customers. It is in our best interest to ensure that you have a hassle free shopping experience with us every single time. All Ravissant products are brand new and genuine. We strictly adhere to the policy of
quid tu vides, i.e what you see is what you get. If you view any product on our website, you can rest assured that you shall receive exactly that. Maybe more, but nothing less.
In case the product you have received is damaged, defective or if you have received an order that is different from what you had asked for, you can claim an exchange on your order within 15 days of its receipt. Damaged/ defective or wrong items must be returned in its original condition with all accompanying accessories such as tags and any free gifts. Non compliance with this shall lead to the nullification of the exchange right of the customer.
Kindly send us an e-mail with your order ID and details of the product you are exchanging.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the unused articles within 15 days of ordering. This, naturally, must be done at your own expense.
The articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached.
Please ensure that the Ravissant tag is not cut in case of items being returned. In case the tag is cut, the returned item shall not be expected and the product shall have been deemed as purchased.
Please send us a mail with your order ID and details of the product you are returning.
Always include your order number(s) when you send the product back.
Once we receive the product, all goods will be inspected. Any item in an unsuitable condition will be sent back to the customer.
· For international customers: The product must be shipped back to us at your cost. On the other hand, we will bear the costs involved in exchanging and shipping the product back to you.
· For Pan India Exchange: Kindly inform us through e-mail, and we shall arrange for pick up at our own expense. Please let us know a convenient day and time, for us to inform the shipping company about this, via email.
· Pick-Up: If you want us to pick up the order, kindly keep the order ready at the time of pickup, which will be communicated to you via email.
In any case, the amount for any order will be not refunded. Only an option of exchange is available for both Indian & international customers.
